1. Purpose of the service
The C&C Time service offers personalized technical assistance for Apple products, available upon request. It allows the customer to benefit from premium, flexible, and durable support.
2. Eligible Audience
The service is reserved for individuals. A tolerance may be granted to micro or very small businesses (SMB), only for use comparable to that of an individual.
3. Products Covered
The service covers the use of Apple products: Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, AirPods, HomePod, etc. The services are available even if the device was not purchased at C&C.
4. Content of the Offer
The C&C Time offer includes:
• A credit of 2 hours of assistance, valid for 3 years or until the two hours are fully used.
• Scheduled sessions, counted in blocks of 30 minutes ;
• A service renewable in increments of 2 hours.
The service can be used by multiple users, via activation performed with the subscriber's email.
5. Pricing
• The C&C Time service is sold exclusively in increments of 2 hours at the price of 149 € TTC per block;
• No purchase of less than 2 hours is possible;
• No additional fees apply for services of less than 30 minutes;
• The credit is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase or until all two hours are used.
6. Usage Conditions
Hours are consumed as soon as a session is scheduled or delivered, with a minimum count of 30 minutes. The customer can request an intervention through the usual contact channels of C&C.
7. Validity and Expiration of Credit
The credit is valid for 3 years from the purchase date. A reminder may be sent before expiration. Unused hours at the end of this period are lost, without reimbursement.
8. Exclusions
The service does not include, in particular:
• Services related to professional activity or fleet management;
• Material repairs;
• Interventions on non-Apple products;
• Services exceeding personal use.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon subscription; the service operates on a prepaid time credit. No full or partial refunds can be made once the service is activated, except as required by law.
10. Right of Withdrawal and Partial Execution
In accordance with regulations, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. However:
• The C&C Time service is prepaid and operates on a time credit;
• The service only begins after explicit request from the customer ;
• Hours consumed after the explicitly requested start by the customer are considered as used and non-refundable ;
• The remaining, unused credit can be kept and used until expiration, but no refunds will be granted for hours already used;
• If the customer does not request the start before the end of the withdrawal period, they can exercise their right of withdrawal and obtain a full refund.
11. Liability
C&C commits to providing a service in accordance with industry standards. Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of:
• inappropriate use of the equipment;
• intervention by a third party;
• unavailability due to technical or organizational constraints.
12. Personal Data
The data necessary for managing the service is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations. The customer can request access, modification or deletion of information concerning them.
13. Modifications
C&C may modify these terms and conditions. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of purchase.
14. Acceptance
The subscription.
