Refurbished products are devices that have been tested and subjected to a rigorous diagnostic test by Apple, both at the hardware and software level. If any parts are damaged or not functioning, they are replaced with original parts to ensure the proper functioning of the device before it is resold.
C&C provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all used products in case of malfunction, with free pickup and return to and from the authorized C&C service center. The C&C Care service, which covers accidental damage, is also available.
The packaging of the used product is original or from the C&C brand.
